The overall investment objectives of the Fund are both to achieve strong long term capital growth and to generate income. The Manager will seek to provide investors with superior risk adjusted returns. In order to achieve these objectives the Manager will execute its investment decisions based on the positive outcome of fundamental technical and quantitative analysis of each investment opportunity. The Manager will seek to identify, in its opinion, undervalued private equity instruments, those in need of repositioning or restructuring in order to maximise performance, enhancing growth potential, thus resulting in higher returns for investors. Strategy

The Fund’s strategy will be to seek investment opportunities in a diverse range of financial instruments including, but not limited to, bonds and other fixed income instruments, equities, currencies, derivatives both in emerging and developed countries and markets. The Fund will also lend funds for projects or investments and it may also participate in real estate developments, in which case it is anticipated that it will incorporate one or more special purpose vehicles. Depending on conditions and trends in markets and economies, the Manager may pursue any strategy or investment technique that it considers appropriate to achieve the objectives of the Fund.
